Refund Policy for Mayfair & Grace

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Unopened and Unused Products: You may request a refund for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Items

- Opened or used products, unless faulty or damaged.
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons (e.g., mascaras, lipsticks, skincare products that have been opened).
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contactus@mayfairandgrace.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Include photos of damaged or faulty items if applicable.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

4. Return Process

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed parcels.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund, including shipping charges paid.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
